Create Digital Contracts and protect your photography business

Let’s start with the latest novelty we have launched, and no wonder, because all customers who have contracted the Booking plan can now create their digital contracts with the help of a series of templates endorsed by professional organisations so that their customers can sign them digitally.

This is undoubtedly the best way to protect your digital photography business from possible misunderstandings with clients. In addition, it will allow you to save a lot of work time, automate processes, have all your clients’ information stored in the same place and offer them a much more convenient and professional service.

Improve Booking service and get more session bookings

Within the Booking Calendar service there are quite a few improvements and updates that we have launched this year. Booking is one of our newest core services and many clients are delighted with the ability for their own clients to book their photo shoots online.

As this is a relatively recent service, we have received several suggestions from you to improve this useful service and these are the improvements we have launched this year.

Booking improvements in 2024

  • Create galleries using the corresponding templates, and link them directly to the booked sessions.
  • Synchronise the photo sessions booked by your clients directly from the website with your regular calendar.
  • When notifying a customer by email that a booking has been made, you have the option to include the description of the type of session booked in the message.
  • In your Booking section you can already give your clients the option to book a photo shoot without a specific date.
  • By setting specific dates in your Booking calendar, you will be able to select the time more precisely, and when you save, a warning message will be displayed with the days and times indicated.
  • You can duplicate a session type in several ways, which will save you a lot of time.
  • In the session types you can apply discounts on both the total price of the session and on the booking price.
  • In Booking, for certain types of photo stories that require more detailed information, you can now create and assign an additional form to collect specific data.
  • In cases such as Communion photos, where you can offer different variants of the same style of session with different prices or variations in the number of photos, you can now present these options together in your Booking section. This new feature is called Campaigns.

Shop and customer area with new functionalities

First of all, we would like to point out that as of May 2024 you can now use booking and business (private galleries and online shop) independently of each other. In the following article, you will find all the functionalities you need to take into account.

Improvements to public and private galleries

Before you could offer discounts to your clients according to client type, formats and galleries. Now you can also do it according to the type of session.

Duplicate galleries and sub-galleries on your website and in your business area faster. And set up gallery and sub-gallery templates with all their attributes directly from your business area.

Improve the user experience by uploading a different background image for the mobile or desktop version of several pages of your website: Booking campaigns, menu pagespages, landing , blog, homepage, contact page and reviews.

If you enter a customer’s order in the panel, you will be able to consult the list of images that make up the order. Now you will also be able to filter this list by type of format.

When you create a pack in your business area, you can customise the special freight price or let it be calculated automatically for all the products in that pack.

You can now offer your customers the option to pay via a payment link to MercadoPago.

Now in the public and private galleries, you will be able to customise where your customers will be able to search: in the titles and texts of the images, only in the texts of the images or only in the titles of the images.

Artificial intelligence in your galleries to make it easier for your customers to find photos

Thanks to the integration of Artificial Intelligence, your customers will be able to search for their images in a public or private gallery. And they will also have the option to buy the images at any time and directly.

Users will have the option to search for their photos from a selfie taken on both a mobile device and a PC thanks to AI integration.
