Yes, since a few days ago Arcadina’s contracts and bookings have been connected, the idea is that when a client books a photo shoot through Booking, the contract for that photo shoot will be automatically generated.

Arcadina contracts and reservations: everything you need to know
Exactly. Arcadina’s contracts and bookings are connected and this simply means that when a visitor arrives at your photography website and wants to book a photo session with you, they only have to access your Book section and follow a few simple steps. At that moment, and if you have previously configured it this way, a Contract will be automatically generated for that specific photo session and client. Don’t you think this is fantastic news?
This small (big) detail, as well as saving you valuable work time, will also help you to have all the important information about each client (personal and contact details, bookings made, photo shoots, image galleries, signed contracts, orders placed, etc.) in the same space. Your management panel.

Configuration of Arcadina’s contracts and reservations
If you are interested in this automation so that when a client makes a booking for a specific photo shoot, the contract is automatically generated. These are the steps you will have to follow:
- Create a type of session, for example, “Mother’s Day session in studio”. To do this, go to the following address: Management panel / sidebar / Booking / Session types + New.
- In this new window you will see several tabs where you will be able to configure all the options for this new photo shoot. This time we are going to focus on the General tab and more specifically on the last option Contract Template where you can choose the type of document you want to generate for this report in question.

When a client has made a booking for a photo shoot, all you have to do is go to: Management panel / sidebar / Booking / Sessions to consult all the bookings you have and, of course, also their contracts if you have configured it that way. To do this you only have to enter each session and look for the Contracts button at the top of the screen.
