To create a new contract, you have to go to Contracts / Contracts, click on the New contract button and follow the steps. As you will see, the only thing you have to do is:

  • Fill in your customer’s details.
  • Choose the template that best suits the service you are going to offer.
  • Edit the template, if necessary.
  • Fill in the rest of the information that will shape the photo shoot.

In the last section of Contracts / Settings is where you will be able to define a series of parameters related to your contracts, such as: choose the type of numbering you want your contracts to have, configure the content of the emails that will be sent automatically to your clients and, very importantly, add your digital signature.

As you will be able to see, including your digital signature will be very simple, you just have to use the mouse as a pen and write your signature, which you can repeat as many times as necessary. Afterwards, when the client returns the signed contract to you, it will be very easy for you to sign it.

You can expect that when the customer receives his contract by e-mail, he will have a box similar to yours to sign it with his mouse or with his finger if he accesses it through his mobile device.
